Report on corruption fact

According to Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, corruption is the use by a person referred to in part 1 of Article 3 of this Law his/her official powers or related capacities for the purpose of obtaining an unlawful benefit or accepting such a benefit or accepting a promise/offer of such benefit for himself/herself or for other person or, accordingly, a promise/offer or the provision of unlawful benefit to the person referred to in part 1 of Article 3 of this Law or at his/her request to other natural or legal persons for the purpose of inclining that person to the unlawful use of his/her official authority or related capacities.
