In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) since 04.09.2020 personal reception of the citizens in public reception Office of the SMS of Ukraine (9, Volodymyrska str.) and all its Territorial Units and Departments, foreseen by the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals", is temporarily suspended.
